The Tinteán Ceoil is a replica of the traditional old Irish Cottage kitchen from bygone days and calls to mind the old tradition of “bothántaíocht” when neighbours and friends would gather together for an evening of storytelling and song to pass the night. We extend a Céad Míle Fáilte to one and all to join us in the Tinteán Ceoil every Monday night. You will experience first-hand what life was like in a typical kitchen in rural Ireland fadó fadó. Sit back and relax and soak in the atmosphere the music and song. Put a sod in the fire, tell us your story and listen to the stories of others, and while you are here do join us for a cup of tea and a delicious home-made scone!.
