An umbrella organisation for East Coast Skiff Rowing Clubs. These 25 foot double ended clinker boats are based on the pilot boats used in times past to race pilots out to approaching vessels.The clubs are based on the old Pilot Station areas around the Dublin Bay pilotage area, which actually extended to Wicklow. One of the largest clubs is St Patricks in Ringsend. The club has examples of boats from different eras. The club also retains some documentation on the boats.
