Castleblakeney Heritage Centre holds the History of Castleblakeney from the Gallagh Bog man now in the National Museum, Dublin. The O’Kellys of Gallagh with a lifesize model of David O’Kelly 1650 era. The Blakney Family who were local landlords from 1650s also, the lifesize figures of Sarah kelly Blakeney and John McManus in Wedding costumes of 1806 who were married in this church before it was a heritage Centre. Also the lifelike figure of mary Ann Taylor an orphan of the fammine who was born in Castleblakeney in 1835 and left for Western Australia in 1852 never to return unitl her great grandson came back with her life story.
