Howth Yacht Club is located in Harbour Road, Howth, County Dublin (county of Dublin)

One of Ireland’s largest sailing clubs is home to the oldest intact one-design keelboat class in the world, the Howth 17. These were designed in 1897 by Sir Walter Boyd. Most of the Howth 17’s in the club are very old, except for 2 which were built in the last 20 years. The club is home to some other interesting traditional yachts. The clubhouse houses various historic paintings and prints, including marine landscapes by Alexander Williams.
