This Heritage is dedicated to the life and literature of the Blasket Islanders. The Islanders depended to a great extent on Currachs, both for fishing and transport to and from the mainland. There are displays dedicated to fishing, a full size Naomhog showing the various steps in covering a currach, and a selection of lobster pots and associated equipment. There are audio visual displays, including a documentary film about Life on the Blasket Islands with historic footage of currachs in use. Extensive collection of photographs of life on the Islands.
