Rattoo Heritage Centre is located in Knoppogue North, Ballyduff, Tralee, Kerry (county of Kerry)

This Centre is run by the Rattoo Historical Society, also known as the North Kerry Museum. The exhibition covers the history and archaeology of the area through the ages, and features a bronze age log boat called a ferry boat. It has information panels on smuggling and piracy in the area. Possibly it’s most important maritime artifact is the collapsible lifeboat in which Roger Casement was landed from the German Submarine U19 in 1916, before being arrested and tried for treason (universally known as “The Casement Boat”).
