This Heritage Centre does not have a maritime exhibition as such. The maritime relevance centers on information panels on the history of the Port. Artifacts include ships deadeyes, a brass ships log, a sailmakers fid, some navigation equipment and a sail from a Galway Hooker, as well as a selection of historical books, prints and pictures. Some Spanish Armada Artifacts that were on display are now back in the custody of the National Museum.
